Welcome to my corner of the hair industry! With over 22 years of experience as both a cosmetology and barber instructor, I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills with others. As mom and newly married wife, I cherish every moment spent with my family. When I'm not the barber chair, you can find me exercising and enjoying the great outdoors.

My name is Jill Southern
I've been in the barbering industry for 15 years now, and I’m the proud owner of three barbershops that really showcase my love for barbering and community. As a mom of four, I juggle family life with running my businesses, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way! I originally started my first business to create good jobs for good people, and I have stuck by that! I love being by the pool and sharing great food with friends and family.
